✅ We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange it for any other product in our range.

  • ✓   Product is unused or returned due to defect / wrong item
  • ✓   Original packaging intact (seal unbroken)
  • ✓   Proof of purchase provided (order confirmation or receipt)

Free Product Replacement

Not happy with what you ordered? We offer free replacements — exchange any product for a different Zaytash product of equal or lesser value.

  • ✓   Tell us which product you'd like to exchange it for
  • ✓   We arrange pickup and dispatch new product simultaneously
  • ✓   No extra charge for the first replacement

Step 4 Refund processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the product

Refund Methods

  • ✓   COD Orders: Refunds via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer
  • ✓   Card/Online Payments: Refunded to original method within 5–7 business days
  • ✓   Store Credit: Available as an alternative — valid for 90 days

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — we cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or full refund immediately. No questions asked.
