Two friends, one shared frustration, and a determination to bring genuinely effective herbal hair care to Pakistan — that's the story of Zaytash.

How It Started

We Saw What Was Missing

Zaytash was founded in Rawalpindi by two partners — Zulfiqar Malik and Taha Sheikh — who spent years watching family, friends, and colleagues struggle with dandruff, hair fall, and scalp issues despite trying product after product from Pakistan's shelves.

The problem wasn't that people weren't spending money. The problem was that most of what was available was either foreign-formulated and unsuitable for Pakistani hair and water, or marketed as "herbal" while containing the same synthetic chemicals as any other shampoo.

After extensive research into Unani and Ayurvedic medicine — the same traditions that had addressed these exact problems for centuries — Zulfiqar and Taha developed their first formula: a genuinely herbal anti-dandruff shampoo that didn't compromise on efficacy or ingredient integrity.

Zaytash was the answer to the question: why isn't there a premium herbal hair care brand built specifically for Pakistan?
